We start where a customer first finds you. Then we follow one job all the way to a paid invoice. Website form, phone call, text, walk-in. Quote, schedule, do the work, send the bill, chase the bill. We sit with the people who do each step, not just the owner.

Every piece of software you pay for. Every spreadsheet that quietly runs the place. Every sticky note on the monitor. We look for things typed twice, things that wait on one person, and things that fall through the cracks on a busy Friday.

Afternoon: the list.

We write it up in plain language. Each item says what's happening now, what it costs you in hours, and what fixing it would take. It's sorted by payoff, so the first item is the one to fix first.

$900. If you sign up for Plainwork Care or Plainwork CTO within 30 days, the $900 is credited toward setup. If you don't, you still have the list. Plenty of owners use it to fix a few things themselves.
