Before we touch a login, we sign a written data-handling agreement with you.
The first stretch is the heavy lift: the on-site Walkthrough, the first build, and the documentation. The setup fee covers that so the monthly fee can stay low.
Three months for Plainwork Care, six months for Plainwork CTO. After that, it's month to month with 30 days' notice. The minimum exists because the setup work is wasted if you leave in week three.
Yes. If you book the Walkthrough on its own and sign up for Care or CTO within 30 days, the $900 is credited toward setup.
Any subscriptions we set up, like an automation tool or a form service, are passed through at cost. They're in your name wherever possible, so you keep them if we part ways. We don't mark them up, and we don't take a cut from vendors.
Plainwork Care includes up to three hours of changes a month. If something needs more, we'll tell you before we start and quote it.
After the minimum term, give 30 days' notice. Everything we built stays yours, with documentation, so the next person can pick it up. We remove our access and send you the final list showing it's done. No exit fee.
